Big Breasts Help Actress in Court

Mainichi Daily News is reporting that actress Serena Kozakura’s conviction for has been overturned by the Tokyo High Court because her large breasts revealed flaws in the testimony against her. Serena was accused of willful destruction of property but reconstruction during an appeal hearing of the crime showed her breasts prevented her from climbing through a door as a man testified she had done.
The hole in the door was a rectangular shape 72 centimeters long by 22 centimeters wide. Serena Kozakura has a 101-centimeter bust and her breasts alone extend out 29 centimeters from her chest bone. Further doubt was cast on the validity of the man’s testimony against her because the clothes she had been wearing at the time of the incident were not damaged as they would have been had she gone through the hole.
Serena Kozakura was delighted by the ruling.
“I lost work after being charged, but justice prevailed in the end,” she said at a news conference she held in Tokyo after the conviction was overturned. “I was always worried about being a bit fat, but this time I was glad.”

Jani I think all models and actress’s say they are fat when they are not. Some girls just say that to pull compliments out of guys and have people notice them.
I am glad she won also. I am sure they rigged things to make it seem extreme that she couldn’t fit but from that video it shows that at the very least her clothing would have been damaged.
MauiGirl, you’re right. It is a serious matter, and I’m disappointed with how news articles and websites are making fun of the fact that her breasts saved her from conviction. They wouldn’t make fun of her if another part of her body was responsible for proving her innocence. Large breasted women need to be treated with respect. I long for the day when our culture can talk about breasts without provoking nervous laughter and snide remarks and jokes or jealousy and scorn.
Reminds me when OJ tried on the glove in court. Aren’t breasts more squishable? I think she could have fit through but her clothing is what might have had damage.
Very pretty woman for 38 years old but I still don’t buy it. Her chest is similar in size to mine and and I can breath out and fit my boobs through an area that size.

If she were to breathe OUT and shrink her chest she could have fit thought that hole. A bit of acting on her part helped her cause. BUT, she is probably still innocent and the guy is full of crap. This woman has never had a history of violence in her entire life - why start?
I think that the whole boob thing was hyped by her lawyers and perhaps Serena Kozakura herself to generate publicity. Can’t blame them, she deserves something after being accused of this crime.
