Small Chested Teachers Replaced with Busty Teachers

William Brooks, the headmaster at St. Mark’s Episcopal School in Fort Lauderdale, is accused of trying to fire all of his old female teachers and replacing them with buxom ones, according to a letter to the school from U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The letter will likely be included in a lawsuit from some of the teachers who feel left out because they didn’t have the right looks to keep their jobs.

The EEOC claims the headmaster had intentions to replace “all the older women with young women with big boobs.” The teachers who were fired, all in their 50s and 60s, want their jobs back. The school however claims the firings were part of a layoff strategy and partly based on job performance.

Well, at least it’ll fix the retention rates :D Zing!

But seriously, me thinks that that is rather unfair; the only person wrong here seems to be the Principal.

Well firing the busty teachers would not be fair either. And besides, how would they be able to go back in and validate these claims? Would they require the new teachers to have their cup size measured? That alone would be a bigger lawsuit.

I think these old teachers were fired for poor performance and are now grasping at straws.

This reminds me of that Seinfeld episode with the busty waitresses :) .

Now, as juicy as the story may sound, younger women tend to dress up displaying their boobs, they can have average boobs and be wearing push ups, padded bras, lower neck shirts, or any other flattering garment that a 60 year old women won’t be wearing, thus the impression that the youngs are more “busty”.

I agree with Katherine, Let’s have them all properly fitted and see if their bra size distribution is independent from age :) (keeping in mind the theories of bigger boobs in this generation :P )

I think Katherine was being sarcastic. The trouble is that they can’t go and measure the new teachers to validate these claims. A big chested girl has as much right to these jobs as those without boobs. I have a pretty good feeling that this claim will get tossed out of the courts and the big chested teachers will keep their jobs.

The real problem was that the teachers were in their 50s and 60s. I think they were jealous of younger talent replacing them and they made up the whole big chest thing to help their case.

In the end they will lose.

Teachers in their 50’s and 60’s are much more expensive to employ than younger teachers who command much lower salaries, thanks mostly to any local corporation and/or other unions to which the teachers belong.

This I suspect has nothing to do with breast size. It’s really all just about money. And they’re saving a lot of it by replacing older teachers with younger ones.
