Increase Dietary Fiber

According to many recent studies there are three possible reasons for the anti-cancer effects of a high fiber diet. First, fiber has a stabilizing effect on the body’s insulin levels. High insulin levels have been shown to contribute to the risk of breast cancer. Second, high-fiber foods also tend to be rich in other essential nutrients, including those with antioxidant properties. Third, and perhaps most relevant, dietary fiber reduces the levels of estrogen in the body, which has been shown to correlate with the risk of breast cancer. Include whole grain breads, pasta, rice, and cereals in your diet.

Eat Sea Vegetables

Keep your large breasts healthy by eating high-iodine kelp (seaweed). Iodine deficiency can lead to fibrocystic breast disease. New research indicates that women with large breasts need more iodine than women with smaller breasts. Seafood and sea plants such as kelp are good dietary sources of iodine and a great low-calorie food. Sadly few people in the USA consume enough of these foods.

The Japanese have consumed on average around eight to ten milligrams of iodine per day for many centuries. Most of this is consumed in the form of seaweed, which has the highest concentration of iodine of any living tissue. Some scientists theorize that this high level of iodine intake is why Japan has one of the lowest rates of breast cancer in the world.

Most seaweed has very little fat, ranging from 1-5% of dry matter and has a high fiber content, making up 32% to 50% of its dry matter.

“Hiddenfeet recommends that women with large breasts eat sea vegetables every week.”

There are thousands of different types of sea vegetables and they often expand three to seven times their original volume when mixed with water. Small amounts go a long way. Because it comes from the sea, seaweed contains sodium and it should be limited or avoided by anyone on a sodium-restricted diet.

Nori is the most popular sea vegetable and, with its mild taste and easy-to-use sheet form, can be enjoyed in a wide variety of ways. Torn or cut with scissors into thin strips, nori makes a tasty garnish for grain, noodle and vegetable dishes as well as soups and salads. Nori has over 40% protein, more than other sea vegetables, and also contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals.Kombu is a brown seaweed that can be eaten both raw or cooked and is used to flavor broths, soups and sauces.

Kombu seaweed is rich in protein, calcium, iodine, magnesium, iron and folate. Wakame shares many of the nutritional benefits of its close relative kombu, although it contains less iodine and more magnesium. Wakame, like kombu, has the ability to soften the fibres of foods it is cooked with.

Arame is a good introduction to seaweed becaue of its mild and slightly sweet flavour. It blends well with other flavors and is a rich source of iron. Arame can be steamed, sauteed, added to soup, or eaten in salads. Arame and all other seaweed, is a rich source of calcium, zinc and iodine. It is also a good source of Lignans which help fight cancer. It combines well with vegetable proteins such as tofu and tempeh, and sweet tasting vegetables including onions, winter squash and carrots. With its dark, almost color, Arame mixes well with salads.

Dulse is reddish brown in color and available in whole stringy leaves. Dulse has a chewy texture with a slightly salty finish. Pan-fried in sesame oil, dulse becomes feather light and crispy and can lend a savory flavor.

Add Selenium to Your Hiddenfeet Diet

Selenium preserves breast tissue elasticity and slows down the ageing and hardening of of breast tissues caused by oxidation. Selenium can also help keep muscles in good working order. Abdominal muscle strength is very important for large chested women to avoid back pain.

Since selenium is an essential trace mineral and our bodies do not produce it, we must obtain it through diet. The content of selenium in food depends on the selenium content of the soil where plants are grown or animals are raised. Food sources of selenium include whole grain cereals, seafood, shellfish, chicken, beef, garlic, brazil nuts, and eggs. Almost any vegetable can be a good source if grown in selenium-rich soils. Search out health food stores that sell soybeans grown in selenium-rich soil.

Increase Consumption of the Following Vegetables:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Cabbage
  • Kale
  • Garlic
  • Flax seeds
  • Citrus fruits
  • Watermelon
  • Tomato
  • Blueberries
  • Chilli peppers

“These phytonutrient rich foods offer a number of protections against breast cancer and can improve lymphatic health.”

Drink Green Tea

Green tea comes from the camellia sinensis plant. It is very popular in China and Japan and is gaining favor in other nations across the globe. Women have been drinking green tea for health reasons for over 5,000 years in Asia. Green tea has phenomenal health-enhancing properties. It boosts healthy body function in so many ways that it is difficult to imagine any person who wouldn’t benefit from it.

Researchers from The University of Kansas measured the antioxidant content of green tea and found that it is 100 times more effective than taking a vitamin C supplement and 25 times better than vitamin E supplements at protecting cells from damage believed linked to cancer, heart disease and other illnesses. Green Tea has also been proven to reduce the damage of sunburns and overexposure to ultraviolet light, which in turn reduces the risk of skin cancer.

Important Chemical Compounds in Green Tea:

  • Polyphenols
  • Flavonoids
  • Alkaloids, such as caffeine and theobromine
  • Minerals, such as fluoride and aluminum
  • Vitamin C

Green tea is dried, but not fermented. The shorter processing gives green tea a lighter flavour than black tea. It also helps keep all the beneficial chemicals intact. Green tea has higher amounts of these chemicals than black tea because the fermentation process alters their composition.

When it comes to breast health, it’s the polyphenols that are important. Polyphenols are thought to be the specific component that fights breast cancer, as well as a number of other diseases. They are strong antioxidants, which clean out toxic free radicals. Polyphenols are responsible for the coloring of some plants. Look at the list of vegetables above and note their rich colors. This implies a high concentration of antioxidants.

Recently a new type of green tea, powdered green tea, has been gaining popularity. Made from very finely grounded green tea leaves, it is very easy to prepare delicious green tea or iced green tea by just adding hot or cold water. Powdered green tea can be added to a variety of foods and does not hinder natural food flavors. Green tea powder is very healthy because you can benefit from all the nutrients in whole natural tea leaves. This includes calcium, iron, Vitamin A and Vitamin E, nutrients that are hardly extracted or not extracted at all in brewed tea.

Eat Only Organically Grown Produce

Consumption of organic fruits and vegetables will help limit your exposure to chemicals called organochlorines. The organochlorines (PCBs, DDT and the dioxin family) accumulate in female adipose and fatty tissue. Many organochlorides have significant toxicity. Large breasts have a greater concentration of fatty tissue so this is especially important to girls with Hiddenfeet.

If the fruits and vegetables you eat are not organically grown, be sure to wash and rinse them well. You can do this with distilled water or with one of the pre-made produce washes found in health food stores. Products made from diluted grapefruit seed extract or orange peel extract yield the best results.

Large Breasts = Lots of Skin

Try adding the following foods to maintain healthy skin.

Scientists have identified many of the active ingredients in Aloe Vera that are known for having rich anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe Vera contains a gummy material that acts as a soothing emollient, bradykininase, a compound that helps treat pain and reduce swelling, and magnesium lactate, which quells itching. Aloe Vera also dilates the tiny blood vessels known as capillaries, allowing more blood to get to an injury and thus speeding up the healing process. In addition, some studies show that it destroys, or at least inhibits, a number of bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

Aloe Vera also provides an airproof moisturizing barrier, so that skin does not dry out. Furthermore, Aloe Vera’s capillary-dilating properties increase blood circulation and aid in the the regeneration of dead skin cells. Try Aloe Vera lotion on the skin of your breasts and consume Aloe Vera liquid to promote healthy breast tissue.

Walnuts and flaxseed are high in healthy fatty acids that are key for achieving healthy skin. Essential fatty acids such as omega-3s help keep cell membranes healthy by keeping out harmful substances as well as allowing nutrients to enter cells and exit with waste products. Omega-3s also reduce the body’s production of inflammatory agents that can damage the skin. Increasing consumption of omega-3 fatty acid-rich foods such as salmon will help keep the skin of your breasts supple and youthful.

Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A, which is a required nutrient for healthy skin. They also contain high levels of antioxidants, which prevent free radical damage of skin cells. Vitamin A is required for developing and maintaining skin cells, and a deficiency of the vitamin can cause dry skin. Carrots are also a superior source of fiber, biotin, vitamins K, C and B6, potassium and thiamine.

Blueberries are considered by many experts to be the one of the highest food sources of antioxidants. The antioxidants in blueberries neutralize DNA-damaging free radicals, reducing cell damage. When skin cells are protected from damage and disintegration, the skin looks younger and softer. Blueberries are also an excellent source of soluble and insoluble fiber, vitamin C, manganese, vitamin E and riboflavin.

Drink Plenty of Water

Water is essential for many metabolic processes within the human body. When the body is properly hydrated, it sweats more efficiently, which helps keep the skin clean and clear. Consumers should avoid certain foods that trigger bad skin reactions and can trap oil and bacteria beneath the skin of large breasts. These foods include bleached white flour, corn syrup, saturated fats, and fried foods.

The skin of your large breasts can be considered the outside indicator of your internal health. Putting expensive creams, lotions and treatments on the skin of your breasts will not alleviate problems that stem from inner nutritional deficiencies. Consuming the right foods and avoiding the wrong ones can reveal youthful-looking breasts without the high price tag of expensive cosmetics. Heal from within and your large beautiful breasts will thank you.

Anyone have some charts that show how much sodium girls should consume in a day? I want to add kelp products to my diet but worry about over doing it.

    Thanks,

    Heidi from Florida!

  2. Kayla says:

My mother and I started drinking green tea every night a few months ago and I have noticed a great deal of weight loss. Most likely due to the fact that water and green tea are so filling that I have lost the desire to snack after dinner.

Believe it or not, my doctor recommended that my parents add seaweed to their diets to help with their arthritis pain. Its no cure, but both of my parents agree that seaweed has helped them gain mobility in their joints. Taken in moderation, I am convinced that seaweed has powerful healing properties.

Link to another site that mentions the top ten reasons to use aloe vera. My girl friends and I have noticed that aloe vera juice mixes will with fruit juice like orange/apple for those who don’t enjoy the taste of it alone.

High sodium levels are always linked to high blood pressure so make sure that you monitor both.  This is be best collection of info I know of on sodium that my doctor emailed me.

Adding seaweed to a diet and staying under 2000mg a day is simple to do. Cut back on red meat and use herbs and spices to flavor food. Nori seaweed powdered onto foods as a spice tastes great.

I stopped eating chicken and red meat a few years ago when news of Omega three fatty acids started to spread. And two years later my skin is so much softer. I can only attribute this to my diet of fish, fruits, and vegetables. My breasts don’t get a rash as easily when I have to wear a bra for long periods of time during the hot summer days here in Arizona.

Good for you Younglee! Read this article and feel good about your choice! Make sure you supplement your diet with Whey and Egg protein. An Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian diet is now considered by almost every top nutritionist to be the healthiest way to live.

I was reading that site Sara and they also talk about the benefits of fiber in a persons diet just like you mentioned here at Hiddenfeet!

Here is what will astound most people - Meat, milk and eggs do not contain fiber. I hear from my friends all the time that a nice and thick t-bone steak will fill their bodies with fiber and clean them out. They could not be more wrong it seems. One good thing I read is that canned and frozen fruits and vegetables contain just as much fiber as raw ones.

When you buy canned fruit, watch out for “canned in syrup.” Fruit contains natural sugars and does not need artificial sweetening. Always read the label.

I have noticed how much healthier my skin looks when I started drinking more water last summer. Properly hydrated breasts do look better and feel softer. I never liked the taste of plain drinking water because I grew up with a diet of worthless soda but I am getting used to it.
